Known best for its much-adored charms, Pandora has long been the go-to for sentimental gift-giving – whether that be to a loved one or yourself – thanks to the super personal nature of its customisable charm selection.
An element which was once focused on the brand’s traditional jewellery edit, with bracelets the primary hotspot, Pandora’s charms have now been introduced to a far wider canvas for self-expression with the launch of lifestyle accessories.
From key rings to bag chains and even charm holders which can be attached to belt loops – or anywhere else you may see fit – the jewellery stalwart’s hero offering just entered a whole new arena.
“Whether you’re new to Pandora and discovering charms for the first time or have been collecting for years, we want you to fall in love with the idea of self-expression through charms and imagine all the new ways you can style them,” explained the jewellery brand’s VP Creative Directors, Francesco Terzo and A. Filippo Ficarelli.
“Our charm bracelet is a forever piece, but we’ve designed some really unique styles that take our charms to unexpected places. We like that these everyday objects suddenly turn into unexpected tools of self-expression.”
But it’s not just the introduction of these lifestyle accessories that’s shaking up the world of Pandora charms, with a whole new drop of customisable jewellery also expanding on the brand’s current offering.
Chunkier hooped earrings (which can be stacked on top of one another as well as decorated with the charms), longer pendant necklace chains and bold new bracelet shapes have been introduced, all of which prioritise this idea of customisation to the extent that shoppers create an autobiographical and inherently bespoke jewellery collection.
“The success of the Pandora O Pendant platform encouraged us to add charms to different holders and showed us that our community had an appetite for wearing them in more ways”, explained the team.
“We started out by adding charms to earrings and developed a unique way to attach the charms to ensure that they sit facing the front. Additionally, we’re introducing the Pandora Moments Heart Closure Snake Chain Bracelet which lets you add charms everywhere, even on the closure.”
“We tell our personal stories through our charms and how we wear them, whether it’s on our wrist, neck, ear or beyond.”
