It’s only been six weeks since Kailyn Lowry welcomed her fourth child, and we imagine the environment around the single mom’s Delaware home is quite chaotic these days.
But you wouldn’t know it to look at her.
No, Kail has clearly kept her head on her shoulders and somehow, amazingly, it looks as though she’s even found time for her famously strict workout regimen.
Despite how busy she must be these days, Kail has still been responding to questions from fans.
Earlier this week, an Instagram follower inquired as to Kail’s height, and the Teen Mom 2 star delivered this revealing answer:
“5’8” & finally fitting back into my @goodamerican jeans,” Lowry responded.
She added the hashtag #mombod as a reminder that the body on display here recently produced another human being.
Good American is the clothing brand owned by Khloe Kardashian, whom Kail has quite a bit in common with these days.
They’re both moms, of course, and they’re both one-woman media empires.
In addition to her work with MTV, Kail is a podcast host, a bestselling author, and the founder of her own line of haircare products.
How she finds time to do all this with four kids at home and still bounce back to her toned physique just weeks after giving birth is anyone’s guess.
Did we mention there’s a pandemic going on, too?
Kail was her usual candid self during the pregnancy, opening about being abandoned by Chris Lopez at her most vulnerable point, as well as the many physical difficulties she encountered during what she described as her most difficult pregnancy yet.
“I am at the heaviest weight I’ve ever been – before I got pregnant and then obviously now while I’m pregnant,” she told fans at one point.
“So that’s been a little hard, but also I haven’t had any real complications. Like, I just haven’t,” Kail added.
“My glucose is good. All my stuff is good. So I went into the doctor today and I saw a new doctor.”
During that visit, Kail was cautioned about closely monitoring her blood levels ahead of giving birth.
Fortunately, her delivery went off without a hitch, and Kail even allowed Chris Lopez to be in the delivery room for the arrival of baby Creed.
Since then, her relations with her baby daddy have gone from bad to worse, especially after Lopez cut Creed’s hair without Kail’s permission.
But hey, on the bright side, at least he’s spending time with the kid.
Chris hasn’t always done so willingly, and Kail says it made for some heartbreaking scenes with Lux, as the boy had to watch as her other sons got picked up to spend the weekends with their dads.
So yeah, Chris maybe wasn’t the ideal person to have a second child with, but that’s a conversation for another time.
Anyway, this isn’t the first time that Kail has posed topless, but this time, the decision is far less controversial.
Last time, Kail posed while pregnant, and she alleged that the pics were stolen and posted online without her permission.
Fans theorized that Kail simply had regrets about posing nude with a horse in a barn, and she decided too late that she wanted the quirky pics to remain private.
Whatever the case, it seems that she’s much more confident in her latest selfie, which is a wonderful thing.
It means that Lowry is happy with her fitness progress, and she’s also in a sound mental state — which is a crucial component to bringing some semblance of order to the chaos that’s likely to surround her for the next few years.
