Ben Affleck and Ana de Armas Celebrate His Birthday with a Risky Motorcycle Joyride and a Romantic Selfie

To celebrate his 48th birthday over the weekend, Ana de Armas bought Ben Affleck a new motorcycle and matching helmets. However, both stars appear to have forgotten to remove the vision-obscuring stickers off of their helmets’ visors before jetting off on a joyride, giving new meaning to the term “ride or die.”

The bike, built for Affleck by WYLD Garage Co., looks to be a BMW CRD Cafe Racer custom painted in deep mint green. De Armas completed the pricey gift for her beau with $899 Hedon “Heroine Racer” helmets in an identical hue. The pair were spotted out taking the new motorcycle for a test drive in Pacific Palisades, California, with Affleck attempting to peer through the opaque white Hedon sticker affixed directly across his eyes as de Armas threw both her hands up in the air giving a double peace sign. But this type of daredevil behavior is pretty par for the course for the couple known for jumping fences to break into their own home, smoking through a face mask in the midst of a pandemic, and flouting every CDC guideline in order to plant a kiss directly upon said face mask.

De Armas also marked the occasion by sharing a rare romantic selfie of herself and Affleck on Sunday. In the black-and-white shot, captioned simply with a double-heart emoji, both stars smile broadly for the camera, clearly enjoying their time together. The pair seem to be starting a new birthday tradition, as well. The last time the actress shared a selfie of herself and her boyfriend was when they went Instagram official on April 30th to celebrate her 32nd birthday.
