Pitchfork is pleased to announce that Kaitlyn Aurelia Smith Smith will play a stay-at-home concert that will broadcast live on Instagram this Friday, May 22, at 7 p.m. Eastern. You can tune in at Pitchfork’s Instagram.
The performance will be part of a series of concert sessions that take place on our Instagram every Wednesday and Friday, and viewers will be able to donate to the charity of the artist’s choosing should they want to do so. For this Friday’s livestream, Kaitlyn Aurelia Smith has chosen to spotlight the MusiCares COVID-19 Relief Fund.
Upcoming artists in the concert series include Flying Lotus, Buscabulla, Ohmme, and Jeff Rosenstock. Pitchfork also recently launched a new series called Listening Club, where artists appear for video interviews and performances, with premiere guest Perfume Genius. The next guest on Listening Club will be Christine and the Queens on May 29. Stay tuned to our IG and site where more details will be announced the day before each live stream.
