When we unveiled Mrs Beckham as our cover star, we were given an exclusive preview of the range, which is launching in three stages starting with eye makeup and followed by lip and skin products, and saw it was housed in beautiful, heavyweight packaging that nodded to a bygone era while looking ‘oh so modern’, well, we weren’t surprised.
After laboriously testing the eye collection (and giving it full marks), the mother-of-four sent us the Lip Collection to sample, promising it will help you achieve ‘your perfect pout’.
“Anyone who knows me knows I’m obsessed with both lipliner and shades of nude, so it was only natural that for my second collection I’d introduce the two lip essentials that I use to create my perfect nude lip look every day,” she said.
For the first lip collection in her eponymous digital beauty brand, Victoria’s goal was to develop a simple two-step system for everyone to create a defined and flushed pout that is wearable day in, day out.
The launch includes Lip Definer, a collection of vitamin-E infused, waterproof lip liners in an inclusive shade range to complement all lip tones, and Bitten Lip Tint, an innovative gel-like formula, neither stain nor gloss, that imparts an effortless flush of sheer natural-matte colour that is universally flattering. The range was designed to be clean, inclusive, approachable and packed with active ingredients to treat your lips throughout the day.
The brand is committed to being as sustainable as possible without compromising on luxury by using minimal plastic, 100% post-consumer waste outer packaging, and biodegradable foam for protective purposes, which gives it major kudos in our books.
