Sonic Temple Art + Music Festival is going big on riffs and hard rock for its 2027 edition on May 13-16 at Historic Crew Stadium in Columbus, Oh., with Iron Maiden, Blink-182, Korn, Falling in Reverse, $UICIDEBOY$ and Faith No More among the headliners.
Produced by Danny Wimmer Presents, the five-stage bill will also present A Perfect Circle, Alice in Chains, Turnstile, the Offspring, the Prodigy, Knocked Loose, the All-American Rejects, Beartooth, Till Lindemann, Jimmy Eat World, Primus, Mastodon, Poppy, Ministry, Meshuggah, Skid Row, the Pretty Reckless, Clutch, Slash feat. Myles Kennedy & the Conspirators and Insane Clown Posse.
Sonic Temple is blink-182’s first confirmed North American booking for 2027 after a quiet year featuring only one major public appearance at the Innings Festival in February. The band will also play a host of European festivals next summer.
“Sonic Temple has become one of those special weekends where the whole rock community comes together,” says Chamie McCurry, general manager of DWP. “We build each lineup to celebrate the artists who shaped this music, the bands driving it forward and the next generation that will define it. There’s incredible energy in rock right now, and Sonic Temple reflects that. Columbus has embraced this festival in a way that means a lot to us, and we’re ready to give fans another unforgettable four days.”
The 2026 edition drew a record-breaking 184,000 fans, according to organizers. DWP has also secured the festival’s Columbus home for the long haul, extending its partnership with Historic Crew Stadium in 2025 through at least 2030.
Beyond the music, Sonic Temple will again feature large-scale art installations, live mural painting and an Art Mart, with more details on the 2027 art programming to come. Passes, including single-day and four-day GA, GA Plus, VIP, Rock Royalty and Columbus Owners Club packages are on sale now, with layaway options starting at $1.
