Wendy Cole is an Inclusive Communications Consultant, speaker, and podcast host based in Providence, Rhode Island. She partners with businesses, organizational leaders, schools, and healthcare organizations to navigate conversations most people avoid, including discussions of gender, differences, politics, and rapid social change, without defensiveness or division.
Her Good Human First™ framework prioritizes relationships over rhetoric, offering leaders practical language and policy guidance. Wendy has drawn on her experience as a transgender woman since 2015 to build understanding, primarily among cisgender people, helping make inclusion feel less like a compliance exercise and more like straightforward leadership. She also supports families with transgender and queer members.
