Netflix has handed renewals to a bunch of UK originals.
House of Guinness, Being Gordon Ramsay, and Legends will return for second seasons. At Home With The Furys will also return for a third season, as previously reported by Deadline.
Steven Knight’s House of Guinness follows the Guinness brewing dynasty. Production will begin in January 2027.
Starring Steve Coogan, Legends chronicles the lives of undercover British customs investigators. Season 2 of the Neil Forsyth series will shoot next year.
Being Gordon Ramsay is the reality series that follows the chef’s life and restaurant empire. Other unscripted renewals include Season 9 of Formula 1: Drive to Survive and Season 4 of Love Is Blind: UK.
Amid fevered speculation about the casting of Meghan Markle, Guy Ritchie’s The Gentlemen has also been officially renewed for Season 3.
Deadline reported on Friday that Markle was in talks to star in Netflix’s organized crime drama, but Tina Brown wrote over the weekend that the casting had fallen apart amid backlash. Netflix has not commented.
Season 2 of The Gentlemen will premiere on September 3, starring Theo James as Eddie Hornimanm, who unexpectedly inherits his father’s sizeable country estate – only to discover it’s part of a cannabis empire. Netflix dropped a new trailer for the series.
