Bobby Valli has indicated that his older brother, Frankie Valli, has retired at long last.
In a Facebook post written in all caps alongside a photo taken in 2025, Bobby described 92-year-old Frankie as a “living legend” and praised his “magnificent” music career, citing his six decades of performing, more than 100 million records sold, and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction.
“He has had a wonderful life, a dream come true,” Bobby wrote. “He has millions of fans who love him dearly. He will now retire. We will always have special memories of Frankie Valli. He has reached a place in his life where his family is there to love, cherish and to be there for him. We appreciate your love and concern.”
This announcement comes after Valli, in late May, canceled the remainder of his 2026 dates with the most recent lineup of The Four Seasons “to focus on my health.” At the time, Valli’s longtime representative, Victoria Varela, told Variety that her client hoped to return to performing in 2027.

Viral concert videos had already sparked concern over Valli’s well-being in late September 2024, and more recently, Page Six published photos of the frail-looking New Jersey native being helped out of a car in Los Angeles.
If Valli is indeed retired from performing, his final show was on February 22nd, 2026, at the Pechanga Theater in Temecula, California, according to setlist.fm.
