Suri Cruise recently completed her sophomore year at Carnegie Mellon University, and her major has been revealed!
The 20-year-old daughter of Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise was previously reported to be interested in studying fashion, but now it looks like she’s taking on a different career path.
According to Page Six, Suri is following in her famous parents’ footsteps and is getting into acting.
The publication reports that she is studying musical theater at the college’s school of drama. Prior to attending Carnegie Mellon, Suri attended the famed LaGuardia High School, which has many famous alums, including Timothée Chalamet, Jennifer Aniston, Nicki Minaj, and more.
It’s also being reported that Suri will star in a production of Midsummer!, a modern take on William Shakespeare‘s A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
The show is a 90-minute production and will be performed by Suri and her fellow Carnegie Mellon University classmates at Trust Arts Education Center’s Peirce Studio in Pittsburgh, Penn., where the school is located, starting later this month.
Back in 2024, it was reported that Suri was seemingly dropping her dad’s last name and just going by Suri Noelle. She has been estranged from Tom Cruise for years, following her parents’ divorce in 2012.
