Wayne Manor From ‘Batman’ Could Be Yours For Just $32M

It’s the stuff that childhood dreams are made of.

The estate that provided the exteriors for the 1960s Batman TV series is on the block — albeit with a Bruce Wayne-sized price tag.

The 18,000-foot Pasadena mansion is listed for a cool $32M. The home has 7 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 4 half baths and 4 three-quarter baths. Bruce Wayne, it seems, likes to bathe.

Stately Wayne Manor is depicted as a more gothic structure in most versions of the bat story. For instance, the building seen in The Dark Knight Rises is Wollaton Hall in Nottingham, England. It was built in the 1580s.

The Batman series starring Adam West only used the Pasadena property for exteriors. Scenes set inside the show’s Wayne Manor were shot on soundstages.

The three-level structure is in the Jacobean Tudor Revival style and was completed in 1928. It sits on nearly five acres and looks out over the Arroyo Seco. While no Batcave (that we know of) is included, the estate does offer a resort-caliber pool, pickleball court, private theater, mature oaks, manicured gardens, rolling lawns and hardwood and marble floors.

The estate was was previously sold in 1999 for $4.4M and then for $20.5M just last year. No indication is given for the price jump, though reports of the 2025 sale had the home at about 16,500 square feet. Now it’s listed in the range of 18,600 square feet.

Maybe they added a Batcave?
