Webtoon Entertainment and Warner Bros. Animation are developing four more animated projects together. The Wolf & Red Riding Hood, Vampire Family, Sable Curse and Snow and Briar (And The Mirror of Seven Sins) are the quartet in question.
Web comics giant Webtoon Entertainment’s CFO David J. Lee and Warner Bros. Animation President Sam Register shared the news of the four-strong slate of animated projects during a panel at Web Summit Vancouver 2026 that delved into the increasing popularity and influence of webcomics in the entertainment business.
Last November Webtoon Entertainment and Warner Bros. Animation said they were joining forces to co-produce a slate of 10 fan-favorite Webtoon series for global distribution, with projects selected from the company’s Korean and English-language IP.
Four development titles were announced at that point: The Stellar Swordmaster, Hardcore Leveling Warrior, Down to Earth and Elf & Warrior.
There are now four more on the slate. The Wolf & Red Riding Hood by XUANN follows High school student Anna who wakes up one day to find that she’s super hairy, incredibly strong, craves meat all the time. She is trying to figure out how to stop herself from becoming a werewolf before the full moon.
Vampire Family by unfins follows Natalia, a vampire desperate for a normal life, and who finally gets to go to school and has to navigate friendship in the human world. Sable Curse by Little Melon tells the story of Terron. She is cursed to die at 19 unless she can find a way to break the spell and lift the deadly curse.
Rounding out the slate, Snow and Briar (And The Mirror of Seven Sins) by M. Nires tells the story of Prince Snow, the fairest in the land, and married off to the towering Princess Briar by his scheming stepmother, who desperately wants him gone.
