A spokesperson for the 51-year-old actor confirmed to CNN that Renner suffered “blunt chest trauma and orthopedic injuries” and was in the intensive care unit in “critical but stable condition” as of Monday evening. While reps for Renner did not immediately respond to POPSUGAR’s request for comment, according to CNN, the Avengers star has undergone two surgeries so far.
