Lil Nas X’s Appearance on Maury Is Full of Hysterical Drama, and We Cannot Stop Laughing

Lil Nas X is literally the king of trolling, so it’s no surprise that his appearance on Maury caused another huge stir amongst his fans. On Nov. 11, the infamous talk show — known as a place where paternity cases and cheating scandals are comically disputed — tweeted an exclusive trailer for an episode starring none other than Lil Nas X and his ex-boyfriend Yai Ariza. On Nov. 17, the show followed up with the full episode, and I honestly can’t stop laughing at the hilarious antics from the love triangle Lil Nas X gets entangled in.

In the video, the Montero artist joins his ex on stage, who’s secretly “married” to a woman named Ashley and supposedly the father of her 4-year-old son, Noah. At some point, the squabble between Lil Nas X and Ashley gets heated after he shares some steamy photos of him and Ariza making out in the “That’s What I Like” video. Some scandalous text messages are also revealed, and we have to say, Ariza looks pretty guilty here. In the end, we got the classic “You are not the father” moment when a DNA test determined he was not the father of Noah. But in an unexpected turn of events, he proposed to Lil Nas X — right before a lie detector test determined he cheated on him with more than ten other people (yikes, what a shame).

The parody video comes just weeks after Lil Nas X confirmed that he dated and broke up with Ariza, who he says he’s “still very much in love” with. Ariza previously starred in Lil Nas X’s “Industry Baby” music video as a backup dancer. Just as we predicted, the Maury episode gave us the jaw-dropping moment we were hoping for, and it sure didn’t disappoint us with the drama. Watch Lil Nas X make his hysterical debut on the show above, and see if he finally gets what he wants after all.
