This Voice Singer Was So Good, John Legend Turned His Chair on the Very First Note

We will have John Holiday’s voice stuck in our head for days, thanks to his performance on The Voice. During the season 19 premiere on Monday night, the talented singer blew the coaches away with his performance of Ella Fitzgerald’s “Misty.” Not only did he hit each note with such ease, but we also can’t get over those soaring vocals! Fittingly enough, Holiday is actually a full-time professional opera singer and has performed all over the world. With a stunning voice like that, it only took John Legend one note to know he wanted Holiday on his team. Though Kelly Clarkson also turned her chair around, Legend decided to use his block — he was that sure! It all worked out in the end though, as Holiday ended up going with Team Legend.
