Donald “Bone Spurs” Trump Thinks Americans Who Die in War Are “Suckers” and “Losers”

Trump’s tweet followed an appearance by his press secretary on Fox News, in which Kayleigh McEnany absurdly claimed that in directing supporters to commit a crime, he was “not suggesting anyone do anything unlawful,” and that “what he said very clearly there is make sure your [mail-in] vote is tabulated, and if it is not, then vote.”

“He wants verification,” McEnany added as only an employee of an administration devoid of shame can. “Democrats want a whole new fraudulent system of mail-in voting never tried before in American history, and what Democrats are saying to you is, ‘Trust us, but don’t verify.’ What this president is saying is verify your vote.”

HHS Secretary insists teasing a November vaccine has nothing to do with politics

The department has suggested a vaccine, which typically takes many more months if not years to safely administer, could be on the market two days before the election. But anyone suggesting this might be a ploy to boost Trump’s chances should be ashamed of himself:

Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar on Thursday rejected concerns that the Trump administration is rushing the approval of a coronavirus vaccine in the run-up to Election Day, after the CDC directed states to prepare to begin vaccine distribution by November 1. “I think it’s very irresponsible how people are trying to politicize notions of delivering a vaccine to the American people,” Azar told “CBS This Morning” in an interview.

CDC Director Robert Redfield wrote in a letter to governors last week that federal health officials “are rapidly making preparations to implement large-scale distribution of the COVID-19 vaccines in the fall of 2020.” He “urgently” asked states to assemble a “fully operational” plan for providing vaccines to the public by November 1—two days before the election—and he promised that any preparations “will not compromise the safety or integrity of the products being distributed.”
