It’s a promise.” After Facebook removed the post, Higgins took to the site to make it clear he hadn’t deleted it himself and, seemingly, that his threat still stands, writing: “America is being manipulated into a new era of government control. Your liberty is threatened from within. Welcome to the front lines, Ladies and Gentlemen…. I’ll advise when it’s time gear up, mount up, and roll out.”
