San Diego Comic-Con kicked off its 2023 edition this week, drawing in a massive crowd of film, TV, gaming and comic book enthusiasts from all around the world. This year, however, due to the SAG-AFTRA and WGA strikes, some of the usual talent is not attending.

Even so the event, running from Thursday, July 20, to Sunday, July 23, will still boast a variety of activities including fans showcasing their take on favorite characters through cosplay as well as industry panels, presentations, workshops and exclusive screenings.
