‘Everything I Know About Love’: Trailer Drops For Dolly Alderton’s Debut BBC Drama Starring Emma Appleton And Bel Powley

The trailer for Dolly Alderton’s much-hyped BBC drama Everything I Know About Love has dropped.

Based on the British writer and podcaster’s memoir, the series stars The Witcher’s Emma Appleton as lead Maggie alongside Bel Powley as Birdy, Marli Siu as Nell and Aliyah Odoffin as Amara with Connor Finch as Street, Jordan Peters as Neil and Ryan Bown as Nathan.

Directed by Pennyworth’s China Moo-Young, Working Title Television’s seven-parter is set in a 2012 London house-share, with flashbacks to suburban adolescence in the early noughties.

As with the memoir, the show is an unflinching deep dive into bad dates, heartaches and humiliations and begs the question: can platonic love survive romantic love as we grow up?

Everything I Know About Love is executive produced by Alderton, Surian Fletcher-Jones, Tim Bevan and Eric Fellner for Working Title Television, Jo McClellan for the BBC, and produced by Simon Maloney. The series is distributed internationally by NBCUniversal Global Distribution.
