[Watch] Demons, Deities And Man Clash in Latest ‘Shin Megami Tensei V’ Trailer

Because hey, it’s that time of year, Techland will be launching a new free Halloween-themed event for Dying Light. In addition, the developer has also dropped a new video for the upcoming Dying Light 2: Stay Human. The former launches today at 1PM ET, and features a new challenge in “Volatile Rush”, along with a new costume and weapons. The latter is another entry in the “Story from the Dying City” series, but this time it’s animated, and features narration by Corpse Husband.

With the new challenge in “Volatile Rush”, players must take care to tread softly, as any noise will summon a Volatile. Luckily, you’ve got some tricks up your sleeve in the form of some trick-or-treat potions and the new Van Crane Bundle. Kill enough Volatile, and you’ll be rewarded with the Sword of Night. The event will last from October 28th until November 8 at 3PM ET, so get in on the goodies while they’re available.

As for the new “Story From The Dying City” entry, entitled “The Jonah”, the video features another urban legend that’s been spreading among the citizens of Villedor. The legends about Jonah are well-known to every sailor. Those who’ve been out to sea know the bad luck Jonah brings. On your ship, as things turn south, the wind stops blowing, ropes break, and food rots. His bad luck spreads like a virus with every touch, and the only way to stop him is to track him down and throw him overboard. But watch out, as you can only truly know Jonah once you meet him.

Dying Light 2: Stay Human, is set to launch on February 4th on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and the Nintendo Switch.
