It was only a matter of time until Saturday Night Live parodied Olivia Rodrigo’s hit “Drivers License,” and we’re so glad they chose to do it when Regé-Jean Page made his hosting debut on Feb. 20. Not only did the Duke of Hastings bless us by breaking out into song (TBH, we could listen to him sing forever), but the best part about it all might have been when he and the SNL cast took turns analyzing the lyrics. In fact, the skit was so good that Rodrigo herself couldn’t help but respond, tweeting, “DRIVERS LICENSE SNL SKETCH IS THE BEST BIRTHDAY PRESENT EVER IM SHAKING.” Rodrigo marked her 18th birthday on Saturday, so what better gift than Page singing “Drivers License,” right?
