It’s hardly surprising to see Amazon’s profits skyrocketed during lockdown. With shops closed, endless time at home to mindlessly scroll and rapidly depleting moods, a daily pick-me-up from Amazon undoubtedly got us through long, difficult days. Hell, the visit from the postman was the highlight of our day.
