‘Twist’: First Trailer For Sky’s Dickens Update With Michael Caine, Lena Headey, Rita Ora, Noel Clarke & Raff Law

Here’s the first trailer for Sky’s family feature Twist, the Comcast-owned broadcaster’s re-imagining of Charles Dickens’ classic story of a child caught up in London’s underworld.

The film features an all-star British cast including two-time Academy Award winner Sir Michael Caine (The Dark Knight) as Fagin, Lena Headey (Game of Thrones) as Sikes, Rita Ora (50 Shades of Grey trilogy) plays Dodge, Franz Drameh (Legends of Tomorrow) as Batesey, Sophie Simnett (Daybreak) as Red and newcomer Raff Law – son of Jude Law and Sadie Frost – in the title role of Oliver Twist.

Directed by Martin Owen (The Intergalactic Adventures of Max Cloud), the film also stars David Walliams (After Ever After) and Noel Clarke (Bulletproof). Release is due in early 2021.

The movie is produced by Unstoppable Film and TV, Pure Grass Films, FAE Film and Television, and is co-produced by Sky and Red Bull Media House. It was written by John Wrathall (The Liability) and Sally Collett. Producers are Matt Williams, Ben Grass, Jason Maza and Noel Clarke.
