Get J-Lo’s glow! Here’s everything you need to know about Jennifer Lopez’s debut make-up line

Beauty and style queen Jennifer Lopez has been serving us some real looks on Instagram lately. First there was the make-up free #MorningFace selfie that broke the internet, then came the trend-setting sun-kissed blonde locks (a.k.a the hair colour of lockdown), and now the all-singing all-acting extraordinaire has announced that she’ll be launching a beauty line.

Yep, the Hustlers star has taken to Instagram to post a series of flawless (obviously), bronzed selfies showing off her trademark glowing complexion, alongside the caption:

“Sunset glow…
#JLoBeauty coming soon”

That’s right, dear readers. A J-Lo beauty line is officially happening!

While the 51 year old (yes, you read that correctly) is known for her musical and acting prowess – she was nominated for the Golden Globe for ‘Best Supporting Actress’ earlier this year, for her captivating performance as Romana in Hustlers – she’s certainly no stranger to the beauty bizz.

She collaborated with make-up brand Inglot Cosmetics in 2018, with a capsule collection that encompassed everything from mascaras and eyeshadows to bronzers and lipsticks. And of course, J-Lo pioneered the celebrity perfume movement with her iconic fragrance Glow by JLo in 2002, which was owned (and spritzed at 30-minute intervals) by basically every ’90s baby in existence.

This, however, seems to be a bit more all-encompassing. While there’s no details yet on what the range will entail or when it will launch (if it doesn’t launch in the UK, we’re officially done with 2020), we would love to see J-Lo follow in the steps of beauty moguls Rihanna and Kylie Jenner, with a brand that offers effective skincare as well as high-performing make-up at affordable price points. And surely we can expect a modern revamp of Glow by JLo?

We’ll update this page when we know more about J-Lo Beauty. Until then, be excited.
