At last night’s Oscars, and at the parties following the event, there were a few prevailing menswear lanes for the night’s attendees to follow. You could wear a simple black tux, like Brad Pitt. You could wear a yellow tux, like Charlie Puth. And if you were Kanye West—and only Kanye West—you could wear a leather suit, which the rapper did to the Vanity Fair afterparty.
And what a look it was! The vibe somehow merged Rosewood-era suit-wearing Kanye, Watch the Throne-era leather kilt Kanye, and cozy-sweats recent Kanye. (That leather, from Dunhill, has gotta be comfy, right?) Parasite might’ve taken home Best Picture, but Kanye just might have won the night with this suit.
