The best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear, which is exactly what Shawn Mendes did when he shared a soothing acoustic cover of Wham!’s holiday classic “Last Christmas.” The video shows the singer doing an angelic cover of the song’s chorus and playing the acoustic guitar, and I’ve already watched the clip at least 15 times. Mendes’s festive video — which marks his third official TikTok post — has already been watched 8.4 million times, which I’d like to submit as evidence that he needs to bless us with an entire Christmas album.
