Fresh off the announcement of their new album ONE, Sevendust have released its lead single, “Is This the Real You?”
Packed with thick groove riffs and undeniable swing, the track is a compact distillation of Sevendust’s signature sound. Vocalist Lajon Witherspoon is in full flight, as well, effortlessly shifting between expressive melodic vocals and gravelly, metal grit.
“It was as honest, natural, and pure as any song can be,” enthused guitarist John Connolly in a press release. “If you really want to know what Sevendust sounds like in 2026, ‘Is This The Real You?’ gives you a good idea.”
