Psychological Liminal Horror Game ‘Dreamcore’ Releasing Time-Limited Demo Next Month [Trailer]

If you were itching to see more of Art the Clown in action with Relevo and publisher Selecta Play’s upcoming Terrifier: The ARTcade Game, you got your wish. Relevo has released a brand-new gameplay trailer at The MIX Showcase, offering a brutal preview of Terrifier: The ARTcade Game ahead of its 2025 launch on Steam, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and the Xbox Series.

While the trailer states that this is still an early build of the game, there’s plenty of classic beat-’em-up gameplay mixed with the bloody action that one would come to expect from Art the Clown and the Terrifier series. Not to mention that you’ve got everything from chainsaws to cleavers to turn your enemies into gory pulp.

In Terrifier: The ARTcade Game, players step into the role of Art the Clown as he disrupts movie sets where films about his gruesome acts are being shot. Instead of letting the cameras capture the staged terror, Art brings his own brand of real chaos, tearing through hordes of policemen, firewomen, camera operators, stunt performers, makeup artists, and even unsuspecting civilians.

While you can go it alone, you can also team up with up to 4 players for a chaotic local co-op experience. Work together—or against each other—in various game modes, each offering its own unique challenges. Speaking of which, there are six available modes offering quick beat ’em up sessions or extended challenges, each with unique twists and obstacles to keep the gameplay fresh.
