Outreach Talent Group Opens In New York

EXCLUSIVE: The UK’s Outreach Talent Group (OTG), which reps the likes of Love Is Blind UK breakout Bobby Johnson and a wealth of digital talent, is opening Stateside.

OTG has opened a New York office and made “significant hires and signings,” according to founder Emilio Arciniega, who runs OTG with wife Amy Arciniega. These signings include Taylor Timinskas, Katia Lindor Lindor, Lauren Case and Andrea Lopez, with more incoming.

The London-headquartered agency reps up-and-coming digital creatives including Johnson, who has found success following his appearance on the first UK season of Netflix’s Love is Blind, podcast hosts Caitlin and Leah, and LADBible founder Alex Partridge.

The New York team is comprised of three of OTG’s overall 21 staff and will expand the shop’s talent roster while deepening relationships with American platforms and brands. OTG said it is “already exploring partnerships across various sectors to offer even more opportunities for talent to make meaningful connections with audiences worldwide” as it bids to further expand in the U.S.

Emilio Arciniega began his career in the U.S., launched OTG three years ago and said the goal has always been to establish a “global agency.”

“This city embodies the ambition, resilience, and proactivity that we strive for at OTG,” he added.

“Our team is driven to create groundbreaking opportunities for our talent and the New York expansion allows us to be even more agile and proactive in helping them reach their full potential. New York offers our talent the exposure and resources needed to make the next step in their careers.”
