Bella Hadid is one of the most versatile fashion chameleons out there. She regularly changes up her whole look for runway shows and brand campaigns. Beauty-wise, we’ve seen her bleach and tweeze her brows, spin the wheel from no-makeup makeup looks to ultra bold eyes and lips, and try out an endless revolving door of hairstyles.
In her own time though, Bella tends to keep things pretty simple, defaulting back to her off-duty slicked back bun, or leaving her hair loose and centre parted.
For a recent appearance at luxury Swiss jewellery brand, Chopard’s, Ice Cube collection party in Dubai though, Bella debuted a new hairstyle, with a little help from hair stylist, Syd Hayes, for the occasion.
She kept her long raven hair loose and semi-straight, but she added a full, choppy fringe. The fringe itself featured weight on either side of her temples, like an Andy Sachs Devil Wears Prada fringe, or a swishy librarian fringe, but the centre saw her bangs become a little piecier, shorter and wispier to add a grungy edge to the look. Somehow it managed to feel preppy, rebellious and sexy all in one hit.

As for the rest of her outfit, Bella opted for a plunging chiffon mustard-coloured floor-length gown embellished from top to bottom with beading. Meanwhile, her makeup artist, Nadia Tayeh, broke up the elegance for an ultra sultry kohl-lined eye and nude lip.
The whole look was a lesson in high-low dressing and the mussy fringe kept things from feeling too “done”. In fact, it’s the type of chop that has range and would add some cool-girl detail to a casual t-shirt and jeans, too.

Bella’s stylist, Molly Dickson, also showed the model in a second all-black outfit with the same choppy fringe, and the rest of her hair in a half-up style. But, given how quickly she changes things up, we’ll have to wait and see whether this is a look Bella Hadid will be keeping for the forseeable.
