The song from the Bright Future sessions comes to streaming after its release on the album’s Japanese CD version

Adrianne Lenker has released “Once a Bunch,” a song recorded during the Bright Future sessions that originally featured on the Japanese CD version. Take a listen below. Josefin Runsteen, Mat Davidson, and Nick Hakim perform with the Big Thief frontperson on the track. It will get a 7″ release in the auttumn, a press release notes.
Lenker released Bright Future in March and will head out on her next North American tour, now sold out, in November. Big Thief, meanwhile, are about to hit the road in Europe, joined by Justin Felton and Jon Nellen following the departure of bassist Max Oleartchik.
