Waxahatchee released Tigers Blood, her new album and the follow-up to 2020’s Saint Cloud, back in March, but, today, she’s returning with a new music video for its alt-country title track. Directed by Corbett Jones and Nick Simonite, the “Tigers Blood” visual combines footage of Katie Crutchfield in the recording studio Sonic Ranch and shots of her hanging out with her band in rural Texas. Watch it below.

Tigers Blood was led by the single “Right Back to It,” which features Wednesday’s MJ Lenderman on guitar and vocals, as well as “Bored” and “365.” Crutchfield, her band, and Lenderman ended up stopping by The Late Show With Stephen Colbert to perform “Right Back to It” in conjunction with the album’s release.

Waxahatchee is currently in the midst of an ongoing tour of North America and Europe in support of Tigers Blood. Opening select dates are Snail Mail, Greg Mendez, Tim Heidecker, and Gladie, among others.
