Millie Bobby Brown Took the Coquette Trend to the Beach In A Cutesy Cherry Print Bikini

Millie Bobby Brown is taking the coquette trend out of the house and to the beach. The Stranger Things star just put her personal spin on the super-girly aesthetic in a cherry-print bikini from celeb fave Frankies Bikinis.

Brown shared a few pics from a recent beach vacation wearing the cutest black triangle bikini covered in an itty-bitty cherry print. The strings of the top are the same red as the cherries, as is the piping on the high-cut bottom. “Cherry lips, crystal skies,” Brown captioned her photos. The suit in question is the Lumia Triangle Bralette Bikini and Dove Classic Bikini Bottom in the Cherry Hearts print; the bottoms retail for £98 and the top for £87.

The actor upped the coquette factor by styling her very cute and flirty two-piece with a bow necklace, plus a pair of oversized hoop earrings. The suit fits in perfectly with the trending aesthetic, but it also has major Y2K vibes — cherries were a super popular motif during the ’00s too.

Spring break season is just around the corner, so if you’ve got a tropical trip on the horizon, take a page from Brown’s book and get a little coquettish with your swimwear. Frankies Bikinis is a longtime celeb fave, after all. Over the years, the brand has collaborated with stars like Gigi Hadid and Sydney Sweeney – and its cute, trendy suits are perfect for a beach vacation. It’s a match made in heaven, as Brown is a big bikini fan. She’s even turned swimwear into an outfit, as she did with a blue gingham top paired with denim shorts. Over the summer, she channeled her bride-to-be status in a sweet white suit paired with cherry red nails. Which aesthetic will she take on next? 2024 has just begun, so we can’t wait to see what Millie Bobby Brown pulls out of her swimwear closet in the future.
