Jack Hogan, who most famously played PFC William G. Kirby on ABC’s WWII-set series Combat!, died in his sleep Wednesday, December 6th, according to the curator of an online community dedicated to Combat! He was 94. Hogan played PFC Kirby on 111 episodes of the long-running drama opposite Rick Jason, Vic Morrow and Pierre Jalbert.
