Taylor Swift Attends Boyfriend Travis Kelce’s Football Game After Girls’ Night Out in NYC

On Sunday, December 10, Taylor Swift arrived at Arrowhead Stadium to support boyfriend Travis Kelce as his team the Kansas City Chiefs faced off against the Buffalo Bills. In an Instagram Story posted by a fan, Swift waves to the camera outside the Missouri arena before getting into a golf cart for a ride through the lot. The Eras Tour singer wore a Chiefs sweatshirt with a black mini skirt and black knee-high boots.

In her TIME Person of the Year cover story this week, Swift revealed that she and Kelce started dating this summer and got to know one another in private before she made her first appearance with him in public at a game in September. Fans were surprised when the star popped up in the VIP section next to Kelce’s mom, Donna, to enjoy the spectacle, but she’s been at several games since. In recent weeks, Swift has been touring in South America, and this is her first game since leaving for that leg of her concert series.

“This all started when Travis very adorably put me on blast on his podcast, which I thought was metal as hell,” Swift told TIME. “We actually had a significant amount of time that no one knew, which I’m grateful for, because we got to get to know each other…By the time I went to that first game, we were a couple. I think some people think that they saw our first date at that game? We would never be psychotic enough to hard launch a first date.”

With this being their busy season, Kelce has also made an effort to see Swift. He flew to Argentina in November to watch her perform, joining her father Scott Swift in the audience.

“When you say a relationship is public, that means I’m going to see him do what he loves, we’re showing up for each other, other people are there and we don’t care,” Swift explained. “The opposite of that is you have to go to an extreme amount of effort to make sure no one knows that you’re seeing someone. And we’re just proud of each other.”

She also addressed some backlash she’s received from NFL fans, saying, “I’m just there to support Travis…I have no awareness of if I’m being shown too much and pissing off a few dads, Brads and Chads.”

Swift made a quick turnaround to catch the game after spending Friday night with close friend Selena Gomez. The pair were seen heading out to dinner in New York City in photos posted by a fan account on X, formerly Twitter. Both were in mini skirts, and layered fall colors for their girls’ night out.
