Russell Westbrook Loves Statement Eyewear, Henry Taylor, and PB&J

Over the course of 15 seasons, NBA star Russell Westbrook has been crowned league MVP, named to nine All-Star teams, and won Olympic gold in London as a member of Team USA. His sartorial prowess is equally impressive. Known for bold fashion choices that make his pregame tunnel walk a master class in the art of personal style, Westbrook is a regular at Fashion Weeks and the Met Gala, and often heralded as one of the best-dressed men of our time. In 2017, the LA native launched the clothing brand Honor the Gift as an ode to inner cities and underserved African American communities. Through thoughtful design and accessible price points, when donning the label, “you can be as fresh as anybody else,” Westbrook says—even without an NBA-level bank account. The husband and father of three’s penchant for style extends to his interior design, though it’s a bit more subdued. “There are some creative pieces here and there,” he says of his house in LA, “but it’s a very calm and homey place.”
