Annaleigh told fans on Instagram, “Hi friends! To anyone planning on seeing @sweeneytoddbway: I have unfortunately tested positive for Covid. But my very brilliant friend [standby Jeanna de Waal] will be playing Mrs. Lovett with the rest of our magical company. I can’t wait to see you all again soon.”

Josh updated fans on Wednesday and said, “Back on Fleet Street tomorrow (Thursday)!! Feeling better and excited to put the suspenders back on and see everyone again. Love and thanks to @nikriz for holding it down and being the badass gift to the stage that he is. Thanks for all the love! See you soon ❤️💈”
