The Flash is currently No. 1 at the box office, although the numbers are not quite matching expectations.

The movie’s scored a “B” from CinemaScore.
“This is a weak three-day opening for a superhero [film],” says David A. Gross of Franchise Entertainment Research said.
“There have been similar openings that grew into big numbers,” he continued, referring to films like 2015’s Ant-Man, which opened to $57 million and ended with $519 million worldwide. However, he added: “But we do not see that here.”
Analysts believe that several factors are to blame, including unenthusiastic audience reactions, and the lack of a traditional promotional push due to Ezra‘s many controversies, making his first public statements for the first time in over a year at the premiere.
