Rihanna Dropped a Big Hint About Her Second Pregnancy Before Her Super Bowl Performance

Rihanna had one of the biggest pregnancy reveals in history, sharing the news that she is pregnant with her second child during her Super Bowl halftime performance. But it wasn’t without any hint; Rihanna did tease that she would be bringing a guest on stage with her ahead of the show.

During an interview with Nate Burleson, Rihanna said, “I’m thinking about bringing someone, I’m not sure.” She didn’t bring out any guest singers during her performance, which means she was referring to baby #2.

Rihanna’s boyfriend A$AP Rocky was in the audience, cheering his partner on. Their son, born in May 2022, was not filmed with them at the game.

News of Rihanna and Rocky’s second child comes months after a source told Us Weekly at the end of May 2022 that the two were thinking of expanding their family soon.

“They want a big family for sure. Rihanna loved being pregnant and fully embraced her pregnancy body,” the source said then. That source added later that it wouldn’t be surprising if she had a second baby “sooner rather than later.”

In November 2022, a source told Entertainment Tonight that Rihanna was interested in having more children with Rocky. “Rihanna and A$AP are so in love and have the best time together,” the source said. “They are also a great team when it comes to being parents to their baby boy. Rihanna always dreamed of being a mom and she takes a lot of pride in it. She would love to have more children with A$AP in the future.”
