Meg Bellamy will star in The Crown as young Kate around the age when she and William first met at the University of St. Andrews, where they studied art history. This is the first TV role for all three actors.

Per Deadline, Kampa will appear in episodes detailing the family’s grief over the death of Princess Diana, who died in August 1997. McVey’s parts will largely center around the courtship of Kate.

Season six will begin filming later this year, with Elizabeth Debicki as Princess Diana, Dominic West as Prince Charles, and Imelda Staunton as Queen Elizabeth. Season five will premiere in November 2022.

Prince Harry has yet to be cast for season six, though I am and forever will be rooting for Ed Sheeran. He may not be a teenager, like Harry will be in the sixth season, but that’s what CGI is for!
