Our health is everything and sometimes we take for granted how quickly it can change. Travis and I went in together for a routine endoscopy and he ended up with severe, life-threatening pancreatitis. I am so thankful to God for healing my husband, for all your prayers for him and for us, for the overwhelming outpouring of love and support. I am so touched and grateful. I am so grateful to our specialists, doctors and nurses at Cedars Sinai for taking such wonderful care of my husband and me during our stay”.
In a follow-up Story, Kourtney added: “It’s crazy how sometimes words could never truly express the gratitude or feelings I have inside of me.”
In addition, Travis’s ex-wife and mother of his children, Shanna Moakler, stated the following: ‘Thank you to everyone who has reached out with concern for my ex and father of my children. I know he is in great hands and surrounded by loving support and the best available medical teams and his beautiful wife Kourtney’.
We are so glad that Travis’s pancreatitis is now under control, although it reminds us how important medical check-ups are, and that we should never minimise any pain no matter how insignificant it may seem.
