Selena Gomez just revealed when her beauty line, Rare Beauty, is dropping in the UK

After much anticipation, Selena Gomez has finally revealed when she will be dropping her beauty brand, Rare Beauty, in the UK, making her the latest celebrity to join the beauty bandwagon alongside  Rihanna and Kylie Jenner to Miranda Kerr and Lady Gaga

And after the global pandemic temporarily put things on hold, the 28-year-old singer has announced that she’ll be launching the collection into Space NK, with products available online from the 1st February, and nationwide from the 22nd February.  Eeek! “I’m so excited to bring Rare Beauty to the UK with Space NK so we can celebrate what makes each of us rare together,” she said of the announcement.

The range has already been available at Sephora, Sephora Canada, Sephora Mexico and on RareBeauty.com from September last year, which has only heightened our impatience for a UK launch. “I’ve had so much fun creating everything and can’t wait for y’all to try it all! I hope you love it as much as I do,” the singer said on her Twitter.

Prior to launch, Selena took to Twitter to announce the new venture earlier this year. Sharing a video of her testing out products, Selena wrote: ‘Guys, I’ve been working on this special project for two years and can officially say Rare Beauty is launching in @sephora stores in North America this summer! Here’s a tiny sneak. There’s more to share AND I can’t wait.’

In an Instagram live where she’s wearing the products, Selena shared the empowering message behind the brand which is named after her third studio album. “Rare Beauty isn’t about how other people see you — it’s about how you see yourself,” she revealed. “I want us all to stop comparing ourselves to each other and to start embracing our own uniqueness. You are not defined by a photo, a like, or a comment.”
