When is Black Friday 2021?

This year, Black Friday falls on Friday 26th November. Set your alarms. Circle the date in your diaries. Limber up. It’s set to be a BIG one.

That said, the start dates of early Black Friday deals seem to creep forward in our calendars with every trip around the sun, and lots of retailers will begin to lure you in with early Black Friday deals from as early as the first weekend of November. Before you get too carried away, it’s worth remembering that lots of big retailers will reserve their best discounts for Black Friday itself.

When is Cyber Monday 2021 in the UK?

Cyber Monday 2021 falls on Monday 29th November, and though most retailers will continue their Black Friday sales until then, it’s likely that their available deals won’t beat the discounts offered on Black Friday itself. See something you like? Don’t wait ’til Cyber Monday to make it yours.

What is Black Friday?

If you’re not already familiar with the concept of Black Friday, it’s essentially a day-long shopping marathon. Or weekend-long, if you count Cyber Monday. More on that later. With thousands upon thousands of brands discounting their stock to their lowest prices over the period – and deals on TVs, Apple devices (think iPhones, Airpods Pro, Macbooks, iPads), laptops, makeup, skincare, coats, handbags, fragrance and more – it’s the perfect opportunity to get your Christmas shopping done early in one day.

Why is Black Friday called Black Friday?

To be honest, no one is actually sure why Black Friday is called Black Friday – but we do know that the name originates from the States.
