Grand romantic gestures always seem like something straight out of a rom-com, and we wouldn’t be surprised if Jordyn Woods announced an upcoming movie role soon. On Oct. 12, Jordyn surprised her boyfriend Karl-Anthony Towns by attending his high school hall of fame induction ceremony in New Jersey. “Pizza anyone!? 🍕 jersey for a few hours to surprise @karltowns at his hall of fame induction and then back home,” Jordyn captioned photos of herself and Karl picking up some pizzas for the event. Maybe it’s the good lighting or the bright smiles on their faces, but their cuteness levels are pique rom-com adorable. That fourth photo is basically a movie poster in the making!
The ceremony took place in Metuchen, NJ, where Karl, who graduated in 2014, was inducted into the Saint Joseph Athletics Hall of Fame. During the induction, Karl posed for photos with current students, signed T-shirts, and spoke to the crowd — with Jordyn cheering him on from the front row. The school also honored him with a class ring in the school colors that reads “Towns Inducted 2021.” Congratulations to Karl on his induction and kudos to Jordyn for being such a supportive partner. Check out even more adorable photos from the event ahead.
