If you’ve been paying attention to Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Kourtney Kardashian and new beau Travis Barker, you’ll notice that the new couple has been enjoying a lot of time together in Palm Springs. It turns out that Kourtney hasn’t been just lounging around Kris Jenner’s mansion. Instead, Kourtney purchased a $12 million compound for her family and boyfriend to enjoy.
Kourtney and Travis were in Palm Springs when they seemingly confirmed their romance by posting up the same poolside photo on Instagram. At the time, the couple was staying at Kris’ Palm Springs vacation home. A $12 million estate located near Coachella Valley in La Quinta, California, the modern style mini-mansion covers 14,500 square feet of interior space and spans 11,000 square feet of open outdoor area. It’s also located on a golf resort making the nearby amenities top-notch. But Kourtney must’ve been having so much fun at her mom’s seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom home that she decided to purchase one for herself.

The Poosh founder spent the same amount as Kris to snag a six-bedroom, eight-bathroom contemporary mansion in the same county, NY Post reports. Kourtney Kardashian’s newly constructed home was built this year and was sold fully furnished. She closed the sale on May 27, and shared videos from her Memorial Day weekend of fun with her kids and boyfriend. Travis rolled down a hill with Reign Disick, sliding down a giant waterslide. It looks like the family is already enjoying their new home.
Kourtney Kardashian’s new property covers 9,000 square feet of open land. It also comes with an attached guesthouse for Kourtney’s relatives and friends. A peaceful courtyard greets you as you enter the home and the outdoor space includes a water and fire display area. A great room within the mansion offers gorgeous panoramic views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. It’s likely this might be where Kourtney and Travis have been enjoying a lot of their desert dates. For entertaining guests, the home includes a custom bar area, a gourmet chef’s kitchen with a marble island, granite counters, and a butler’s pantry.
The open floor plan and glass doors slide open to seamlessly incorporate an indoor and outdoor element with an outdoor kitchen and custom fire features. Like her mom’s Palm Springs paradise, Kourtney’s home boasts a 15-hole golf course, a spa, and an infinity pool. No wonder her family looked so happy during Memorial Day. They were busy enjoying their new mini-mansion. We’re sure that we’ll be seeing more Keeping Up With The Kardashians moments in Palm Springs this summer.
