More short films, kiddies! Today we have THE UNLORD. No credits, can’t find any listings, so I’m just gonna wing it on this one.
I did find the you tube channel for a Raymond Morrison, who posted this film there, so I will assume he is perhaps the director of the film.
The description says “an unwanted visitor in your home”. That’s it. And well…yea, that would be accurate to the events I witnessesed in this story. Definitely don’t want that guy in my house.
So…yea I have no idea what I just watched. Certainly a strong taste of surrealism, and perhaps a deeper meaning to be gleaned if one looked hard enough. Maybe I just don’t get it.
My takeaway from viewing this and some of the other films on the youtube channel is this person is making short films just for fun, just because they can, and that’s totally ok. So yea, check it out if you have the chance. Give this guy some love. it’s not as easy to make a film as a lot of people think, and maybe what comes out isn’t for everybody but it’s all about the doing.
