Killer Fan-Made ‘Scream 5’ Poster Welcomes Sidney Back to Woodsboro

At this point in time, Neve Campbell has not yet been confirmed to reprise the role of Sidney Prescott in the upcoming new installment in the Scream franchise, being directed by Radio Silence and Ready or Not duo Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett. We do know, however, that conversations have taken place, so it could be only a matter of time now.

In the meantime, we wanted to share a pretty awesome *fan-made* poster for “Scream 5,” which comes our way courtesy of Creepy Duck Design. The art features the iconic Ghostface mask looming large, looking like it’s been carved into a mountain. Ghostface’s mouth hangs wide open as the creepy entrance to a tunnel, welcoming Sidney back home.

Creepy Duck noted in a tweet over the weekend, “Blown away by the response that my Scream 5 Alternative poster has been getting. It seems to be doing the rounds across the internet which is very surreal! Unfortunately, I forgot to upload the version with my credit originally (typical) and so here it is. Feel free to share.” Check out the art and tweet below.

The plan is for Paramount to release the untitled sequel in 2021. The confirmed cast so far includes David Arquette as Dewey Riley and Courteney Cox as Gale Weathers.
