Author Paul Tremblay‘s A Head Full of Ghosts is being adapted into a feature film by Antlers director Scott Cooper, and we’ve got early word on Tremblay’s next horror novel today.
Deadline reports that Tremblay has inked a three-book deal with William Morrow, and the first book to be released as part of the deal will be titled The Pallbearer’s Club.
“The novel is described as a horror story about a less-than-successful middle-aged man who reflects on his long-ago involvement with a group who served as volunteer mourners at the funerals of people with no friends or family — and the mysterious person he met along the way who changed the course of his life irrevocably.”
The Pallbearer’s Club is set to be released in Summer 2022.
