Watch Brian Wilson Perform “Love and Mercy” on Colbert

Brian Wilson is the musical guest on tonight’s remote episode of The Late Show With Stephen Colbert. He performed two songs for the episode, including “Love and Mercy.” “I just want you guys to know that we’re all in this together,” he said to introduce the performance. Later this month, Wilson and legendary songwriter and arranger Van Dyke Parks are releasing a reissue of their first collaborative album, 1995’s Orange Crate Art.

Wilson’s last solo studio album was 2015’s No Pier Pressure. Last year, Wilson hopped on Kesha’s High Road single “Resentment” alongside Sturgill Simpson.
