Gabriel Garzón-Montano has shared the music video for his new song “Someone,” his first since signing with Jagjaguwar. Check it out below.
Garzón-Montano wrote, produced, and performed “Someone.” The video is directed by Anita Fontaine. In a statement, Garzón-Montano said, “I wrote ‘Someone’ about a relationship that had arrived at an in-between place characterized by a string of escapist dinners + love making rendezvous at my apartment.”
Garzón-Montano released his debut album Jardin in 2017. Drake famously sampled his song “6 8” (from his debut EP Bishouné: Alma del Huila) for “Jungle.”
